New to the flagship line-up is the ULTRA 310R. The Sport model is equipped with an all-new max 18-position handle and a new sport seat – both designed for hard sport riding. Supercharger and Intercooler
Twin Vortices Series (TVS) Roots supercharger, featuring twin 4-lobe rotors, is highly efficient and quite compact. Boost pressure is 16.8 psi.

Lightweight Hull
Feedback from Kawasaki’s numerous IJSBA championship winning racing machines contributed to a hull specially designed to cope with the engine’s massive output while offering high stability and responsive handling in both calm and choppy-water conditions.

Electronic Throttle Valves
Electronic throttle valves efficiently manage the engine’s massive power output. They also make minute engine control possible, enabling easy switching between riding modes.

All-digital Instrumentation
Instrumentation accommodates the engine’s various riding modes, as well as a new Current Fuel Consumption (measured at 1 second intervals) function. External Water Temperature, Air Temperature, Clock, Time, Trip, Hour Meter, Tachometer (digital display or bar graph), Speedometer, Max Speed functions are available as before.

Max 18-position handlebar
The post-style handlebar is similar to the kind found on Kawasaki’s KX450F flagship motocrosser, although this ’bar offers even greater adjustability Handle position is adjustable, both for height and forward/rearward position. A total of 12 positions are available; 18 if the optional handlebar holders are included.

Sport seat
The ULTRA 310R is equipped with a new sport seat designed specifically for hard sport riding. The seat shape flares less at the thighs than the standard seat of the ULTRA 310X. This makes it easier to grip the seat with the knees when stand-up riding in rough water. Textured material, similar to that used on KX motocrosser seats, contributes to a racy appearance.
